Take a few minutes and think about how the universe was created. Think about all of the beautiful and intricate details in nature, animals, and human beings. It really is amazing if you really sit down and contemplate it. Wouldn’t it be nice to create a life that you love? A life of abundance?
How do you think the universe was created? Did it just appear? Do you think it actually had a Creator? The universe and all that is within it was deliberately created by a Creator, which various people define as Energy, Source, God, Universal Mind, Divine Intelligence, etc. Something created all the matter that we see and we are part of that creative energy.
Can you just picture your life full of bliss, abundance, cool friends, passionate relationship, etc.? Here is some awesome news for you: You can! You can deliberately create a life of abundance in every which way! I am not just blowing smoke here; I know this because I have taken part in creating my own bliss and abundance and I want everyone to relish in the idea that it is certainly possible.
Matter is energy
The first thing you must understand in becoming a deliberate creator of abundance is that everything you see (matter) is made up of vibrating energy- including you! If you could magnify your physical body under a microscope, at your very core essence your body, cells, organs, etc. are vibrating energy waves moving about all the time. Getting a clear understanding that matter is energy that vibrates will help you to understand how you can create a life you love.
The Law of Attraction
The law of attraction is a law that asserts that like attracts like. In other words, what you put your focus or energy on, you get more of. In order to create a beautiful and serene life, you must come to understand and use the law of attraction to your advantage. Have you ever seen a magnet that attracts things to it? It is quite fascinating to watch things sweep across the table and cling to the magnet.
I want you to think of yourself as a magnet and your thoughts as the things that attract positive or negative things to you. The phrases “You are what you think” and “You get what you think about” are two excellent and truthful phrases. Your thoughts are perhaps the most powerful force in the universe. If your life is not where you want it to be, your thought life is the first place you ought to look. Most likely your thoughts have been predominantly negative, which according to the law of attraction draw negative things your way. On the other hand, if your life is going pretty well and you feel alright, chances are your thoughts are predominantly positive and you are attracting positive things your way.
If you want to deliberately create a life of abundance, bliss, and so much more, revamp your thought life. Take some time to really gauge what types of thoughts you are thinking and entertaining. If you are believing for success and every other day you go on a “I’m such a failure! No one likes me! I’ll never get it right! When is it my time to shine?” rant, you are in need of a change of mindset. Of course, negative thoughts may come on occasion, but you can learn to observe them and then let them go. Bid them adieu.
What do you want?
I have asked many people this question: “What do you want out of life?” A very common answer is “To be happy.” This is an excellent answer, but too general. If you want to consciously create a state of happiness, get to the nitty gritty of what you want. First, understand that happiness will not come for material possessions, a promotion, owning your own company, a hot boyfriend, superstar kids, etc. Those things definitely stroke the ego and feel good, but authentic happiness comes from within. It comes from sitting with yourself in quiet even when all hell is breaking around you, smiling, and knowing all is well.
Is this what you want? Peace and joy despite the bills piled up, the dog running away, the guy that just cut you off in traffic, and the house that never seems to be clean? Write it down and begin deliberately creating this.

If you want to deliberately create a life you adore while smiling with peace resonating through your mind and body, I give you permission to go get it. How do you do this? Here are some tips for creating abundance in your life:
- Let go. The first thing is to absolutely let go of all negativity and the past. You have a clean slate today. Let the sadness, loneliness, fears, doubts, etc. dissolve. Rest.
- Meditate. If you have not tapped into the incredible power of meditation, perhaps it is time. Learn to sit with yourself in silence, let go of all of that “stuff” you have been carrying, and just….be. Your true nature wants to create and it wants to bask in light, love, and happiness. Don’t you feel it sometimes when you just let yourself bask in nature and observe the beautiful creation? Nature has a way of causing us to slow down and revel in its beauty, which helps us to see our own intrinsic beauty.
- Visualize your abundant life full of laughter, peace, and whatever else it is you want. Focus your thoughts on what you want and this will cause the law of attraction to bring you what you want. What you think influences what you feel and what you feel influences what you get. Spend 15 or 20 minutes per day meditating, smiling, taking in how precious you are, and visualizing your abundance internal and external life.
- Feel the feelings. Feel the feelings of abundance. How would it feel to be abundant? Conjure those feelings up now and keep them alive.
- Act as if. Act as if you already have abundance! Feel the feelings and then act as if you are already living in abundance. This high vibration type of living helps you manifest abundance because it is essentially the law of attraction at work.
